Friday we went to River Street and strolled in the HEAT! We did some shopping, did some eating, took a stroll along the river, ate some more! Had lunch at One-Eyed Lizzi's, then later John grilled burgers and hot dogs.
Saturday we went out to Tybee for a late lunch at The Dolphin Reef restaurant. No, we didn't see Miley. Didn't even step out onto the beach, it was too stinkin' HOT!
Then, Saturday night they jumped back on a plane and flew back home. It sure was nice to see them, just wish they could have stayed longer! :-(
While seeing Savannah Friday, we took Aunt Joanie to St. John The Baptist Cathedral. I'm not Catholic, but this is an impressive cathedral! I shot a few pictures to share....ok, it was more than a few! Enjoy!

This weekend coming is 4th of July, and so far we have no plans. Anybody care to invite us to a picnic and fireworks?....Anybody?.......
I REALLY need to Photoshop out those electrical lines, huh?!

Love the pictures of the church...I always like to go in and visit..Christmas is a good time...I'm Lutheran which is like being Catholic without the Pope :)
